Both the secluded garden setting and the position of this apartment is unique in that the apartment occupies the entire top floor of a handsome building with the appearance of a classic manor house and set within a pretty garden - very manor-like - and very special!!
The apartment consists of a large living/dining room, comfortable indeed, and suitable for entertaining as well. There is one bathroom with a stall shower and basin, and the wc is separate, also with basin. The kitchen is well-equipped and well laid out. Two light and airy bedrooms complete this fine apartment.
This apartment has a very pleasing ambiance which is difficult to capture in photographs. Its position within a lovely formal garden is extraordinary, while the small manor-like building in which it is located is unique in Paris - especially in the center of Paris. There are wide and comfortable private stairs leading up to the apartment, and even this is manor-like with a handsome stone balustrade.
The decor as well is exceptional - with many genuine antiques carefully combined with comfortable contemporary pieces. Of particular note is the handsome sofa with its Ralph Lauren glowing red linen upholstery, the Renaissance 19th century armchairs and the Dijon mustard colored jardin d’hiver armchairs. Overall the look is sophisticated, colorful, comfortable, cheerful, and altogether welcoming.
Sleeping Arrangements:
There are two equivalent bedrooms, each with beds which can be made up as two singles or together as king-size beds. The living room has a supersized sofa which can be used as a comfortable, oversized single bed.

Access:
The apartment is in a building lying at the back of two lovely gardens through which clients pass. Once inside the building there is a short flight of stairs to the first landing, and then a private staircase within the apartment to the second floor of the building where the apartment is located.
